Depth: 12m
Underwater directions: Enter water by the metal steps on the Breakwater fort and depending on which way, if any the tide is running head initially into the current. Swim around the wall keeping an eye out for canons and other military junk which has been thrown over the sides over the years. There is plenty of wild life to be seen, plenty of Sea fans, Crabs and fish. Its possible to do a full circuit of the fort in ½ an hour. It may also be worth while to move away from the fort and explore some of the items laying around which are home to more fish and crabs. Use the steps as an indicator to ascend
Site Hazards: The site is littered with many pieces of metal sticking out which have been placed specifically to snag SMB’s its easier to send an SMB up towards the end of a dive. There will be lots of boats on site if the weather precludes diving out of the sound.
