Nearest Public phone:

Accommodation:   Take your pik in and around Seahouses & Beadnell. I would Highly recommend Springhill Farm

Other comments:   Please be considerate to your surroundings whilst changing, houses directly opposite and lots of family’s walking dogs. I dived it on the flow almost on high water, viz wasn’t the best, around 5m. Nice little shallow bimble, plenty to see Crab, Lobsters, Wrasse shoals of fish (didn’t have my regular dive buddy to identify them for me, think they were cod). The next two bays offer more shore diving, Beadnell Point is meant to be also as good with some old wreckage in it. Lobsters were all too small to take, good to see so many of them though. Local divers have probably been feeding on the others all summer haha.

Pub:    The Craster Arms and The Towers The Towers is by far the best for food. Again lots of choice in Seahouses.
