Site entry/exit: Enter the water to the right of the arm (facing the sea) and follow it out and back to the same entry point.
Underwater directions: The seabed is shingle but the best bit to dive is the rocks around the arm which is teaming with life.
Site Hazards: Swell and low viz in rough conditions. Exiting the water in a heavy swell.
