Site entry/exit: Enter the water near the rocks on your left as you look out to sea and exit at the same place.
Underwater directions: Head straight out for 100m and turn right and slowly ziz zag back to the shore looking in the gullies and crevices which are separated by sand or head out to the right around the Shippen Rock. Its also a good dive site for a night dive, but It can get very crowded in the summer. Webcam

Other comments: Diving is not allowed in Hope Cove harbour. The Spanish ship San Pedro was wrecked here on the Shippen Rock in 1588 and some coins are supposed to be found here every now and then. HMS Ramilles was also wrecked at Hope Cove on the rocks at the base of Bolt Tail. Also the wreck of the Maine is close by...GPS 50.12.820 N, 3.51.045 W Also the wreck of the perisher GPS N50 17.060 W3 58.070
