Other comments: The wreck lies on its side “quite unusual” on a hard gravel bottom. Many lobsters live in the hull bracings plates. This wreck is easily penetrated it has square wheel house windows and no portholes (bummer) The hold is empty and boiler and steering gear can be easily explored. The wreck lies in navigational channel please tell port control your diving. Leave no ropes or buoys attached.

Dive Report :  Gavindiver  18/8/09  Viz was a stonking 8mts. Got it on slack 7.30pm ish. Wreck lies fully on its port side 23mts to bed 19mts to the top of wreck. Loaded with life. We don't get on this one much as its right in the river mouth and the Nav channel a wee bit out from the RED bouy. We had a very cool dive on her. Lots of swim throughs just as I remembered it from 2 years ago. Perhaps a fallen mast about centre of the wreck a few wee bits of wreckage out on the hard stone/pebble bottom forward. This bottom is very different from the bottom in Lunan bay.
