Information: An excellent wall dive with a boulder slope from 0 - 8m then it dropes off to 40m and another boulder slope close to the north, and 100m south its 0 - 50m. If you like colour soft corals and sponges its best near the north.

directions: Lochaline follow the A82 Glasgow to Fort William road as far as the turnoff marked 'Corran Ferry', 8 miles south west of Fort William. As you leave the ferry, turn left onto the A861 following the signs for Strontian. Turn left off the A861 just before Strontian for the A884, signposted to Lochaline Carpark Lochaline pier Oban - end of pier or leaving oban heading north on the steep hill to the right is a free car park takes 10 mins to walk back to the pier.

I think that calve island was probably my favourite dive from the Gemini Storm trip in May along with the Rondo (the early start was worth it). First time I've done Calve Island, really nice freefalling down the wall.
