Travel directions:  Leaving Glasgow on the A82 turn left at Tarbet onto the A83, through Arrocher and over the rest and be thankfull,  turn left onto the A815, stop just past the Creggans hotel Multimap

 

Parking directions:  In the public carpark (free) 25m past the Creggans hotel. Dont park in the hotel the owner does not like it.      

 

Lat & Long:   N56 10.517  W5 5.037                    

 

Site entry/exit:   Walk down the left side of the pier (facing the sea) through the trees and enter the water on the shingle beach. There are small boulders with crabs and squat lobster and deeper there are Dragonette, Scorpion fish, Dublin bay prawn, thornback ray, Dogfish, Firework anemone.

Underwater directions: dive to the right, taking you in front of the pier.   Tide Tables  This site seams to be barren with only a few small boulders but there are lots of small life and some bigger rays.

Site Hazards:   Steps down to the shore and slippy seaweed at shoreline.

Pub:       Creggans Inn    Its a popular place for a coffee or beer after your diving and good food. Divers meet at the tables outside after a dive.
