Now all you have to do is fill in the Template. All the headings are self explanatory but you can make them easier to use by putting links to google maps and other dive guides.

 Pictures are great for a dive guide and specially the places to park, entry and exit points and if possible U/W pictures as well. Send the pictures separately attached to the email and not on the word document.
