Wreck Information: This wreck is very broken up and is great for a rummage and the viz here is usually very good, about 15-25m. When I dived this wreck I was amazed by the amount of artifacts still lying all over the wreck.

Other comments: On the 27th Oct 1914 HMS Audacious struck a moored mine on her port side a short distance from the safe entrance of Lough Swilly North West Ireland. The mines that sank her were laid by the converted German liner Berlin. She was the first British battleship to be lost in world war I and the only one that sank without loss of life. This area is well know for good visibility and can be over 30 meters.

Dive Report: John Nicolson July 09 A really good dive with 20-25m viz. The shot was put on the stern and tied onto the starboard propeller shaft, we then finned around the props and twin rudders and forward to midships past the boilers and bundles of shell casings, A great rummage dive.
