Wreck Information: Broken in 3 and scattered, plenty of swim throughs

Travel & Parking directions:   From Belfast take the M2, A26 and A44 to Ballycastle, then the A2 along the coast to Portstewart or Portmore.

Distance from harbour:  4 miles north of malin head pier   Portmore 4.5 miles

Other comments: U-861 is a large sub and is 86.5m long also it is broken into three pieces and you can swim through it, its a milkcow sub only 30 built. It was sunk in opperation deadlight and it is the closest sub to land.
