Type of Dive: Castle point is an easy shore dive in a small cove, County Cork

Travel directions: from Cork take the N22 approximately 100 km west towards Schull. From Scull head west for 4 km on the R592 until you see a distinctive church on the right-hand side and a narrow road facing it. Take the L8424 for 2kms until you will see an even more narrow road/track to the left, and a castle in the distance. Take this road in the direction of the castle for 500m until you reach a small pier. 2 Hours / 110 km
Parking directions: Park at the top of the short path to the slip. (Leave room for cars to pass)

Site entry/exit: Its a very easy entry/exit down the stairs at the slip.
Underwater directions: Stay close to the walls of the cove and look at all the sea life, take your time as its a small cove.Cross to the other side at 10m approx and come back in.
